We will offer a constantly rotating array of brews, some seasonal, some driven by any wild idea we may have. We'll try to barrel age many, like stouts in whiskey barrels, trippels in chardonnay barrels, and just generally experiment with whatever we think might work. We plan to brew many test batches on our small pilot system for trial in our tasting room, and the ones that work well we will scale up to the 15bbl system for distribution. Visitors to our tasting room should always find something new coming out of the zymurgists lair.

This huge Triple IPA is finely balanced with caramel 60 and wheat malt. Then massive amounts of Centennial, Cascade and Citra hops produce a citrusy hop juice character.
Brewed with American, German and English malts, duly hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe hops. This India Pale Ale is our Midwest take on a classic American craft style. Great malt character and hop aroma with a smooth, citrusy flavor, followed by a crisp, clean finish make this a distinctive beer.
South Side Irish Red
This malty Irish style red ale was inspired by the famous red ales from Ireland. It starts with smooth English specialty malts and finishes with a nice continental hop finish to cut the malt and balance this beer out.

Belgian Style Tripel
Belgian Style Tripel with aromas of spice, pepper and clove phenolics from the Belgian yeast. Just enough hop presence to balance the big malt bill.
BBW Big Beautiful Wheat Bavarian Style Hefeweizen 5.8% ABV.
A smooth and crisp wheat ale with subtle notes of banana, clove, coriander, and orange.
Howdy Neighbor Kolsch 5.2% ABV.

Howdy Neighbor is a strawberry lemon kolsh and is a wonderful refreshing beer. It has a huge strawberry taste with a little lemon zing. Howdy Neighbor is a great session beer for the summer and should be enjoyed with your neighbors.
Northeast Style I.P.A. brewed with Oats and Wheat. A hazy yeast strain and super hop aroma. Hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, Centennial and Kohatu hops.
Rock Out With Maibock Out
2015 G.A.B.F. Silver Medal, this Maibock is brewed with Pilsner, Vienna and Munich malts, hopped with German Northern Brewer. Rich and smooth with toasty and bready malts flavors.
Nimbus Northeast Session IPA 4.7% ABV.
This Northeast style Session IPA is brewed with Pilsner, Vienna, Wheat and Munich Malts. The yeast strain gives it the hazy affected. Hopped with Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, Mosaic and Kohatu.
Northeast Double I.P.A.
This Northeast Style Double I.P.A. is brewed with Optic, Vienna, Asts, Wheat and Honey Malts. The Conan and London Ale III yeast gives it a hazy affected. The hops use are Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra, Centennial and Cascade.
Drunk Uncle Dunkel
An old friend of Bavaria, Munich Dunkels are smooth, rich and complex, but without being heady or heavy. They boast brilliant ruby hues from the large amounts of Munich malts used, and these malts also lend a fuller-bodied beer. The decoction brewing process also lends much depth and richness. Bitterness is often moderate, with just enough to balance out any sweetness.
Northeast Oat IPA
Cirrus is a Northeast Style Oat IPA. It is brewed with Golden Promise, Oats, Munich and Honey Malts. The yeast strain gives it a hazy affected. The hops used are Mosaic, Citra, Amarillo, Cascade and Huell Melon.
Banaba West Coast Double IPA 8.0% ABV. The Story Of Boing!
Banaba is a West Coast Style Double IPA. This Double IPA is going to be dry and very hop forward. Hops use are Columbus, Centennial, and Simcoe.
Imperial Milk Stout
English Gentleman is the fourth beer in our Imperial Milk Stout series. This wonderful stout is brewed with Hazelnut.
Take Me To Your Liter! Oktoberfest German Style Lager 5.6 ABV.
Take Me To Your Liter has a delightful amber color. This lager has a great a toasty malt flavor with just enough noble hop presence to give this beer a nice clean finish.

This New England Pale Ale is a collaboration with our friends from The Open Bottle. Burst! is brewed with all Mosaic Hops, Lactose, Vanilla, and Mango.
